Lucas has also worked at MIND as a mental health worker. He works from a humanistic approach which allows the client a safe, genuine, and non-judgmental space to explore how they feel at their own pace.

Throughout his work, Lucas has previously worked with UK leading mental health organizations, supporting people with various issues such as relationships issues, LGBTQ+ and gender identity, depression, anxiety, loss, and individuals that have been on probation and those who have been rehabilitated back into society.

Lucas has a calm, considered and genuine approach to his work and is dedicated to the work he does, with a passion to help improve and empower the lives of others.

Lucas’s aim for therapy is to help each client make sense of their inner world, and to understand what may be causing them to feel low, anxious, depressed, worried, or confused. Lucas shares, sometimes we don’t always know why we feel the way that we do. Counselling can help bring clarity and peace of mind within one’s own life.

If we take the time to explore our inner world, we begin to make sense and understand ourselves more. This then may help us make more healthier, positive, and happier choices in our own lives and we can begin to foster self-acceptance from within.

Lucas is an LGBTQ+ & Gender identity affirmative therapist and especially welcomes clients regarding LGBTQ+ Issues, loss and bereavement and relationship issues.

Lucas has always had a creative streak and graduated with an advanced Dip in English Speech and Drama in 2018. His other passions are for performing arts, especially live theatre.

Lucas is a keen piano player and loves nature, wild camping throughout Wales, Scotland, and parts of Europe.
