Making an appointment is easy and confidential. Please complete our patient registration form below, which will be carefully reviewed by our senior psychiatrist. Based on your needs, we will arrange an appointment with one of our consultants or therapists at a time that is most convenient for you. Our staff are here to provide guidance and support as required.

Prescription Request

To ensure your safety, please clearly state the medication name and dosage. 
Prescriptions can only be provided to patients currently under our care with a booked follow up appointment.
Please note there is a £30 fee for prescriptions issued outside of appointments. Prescriptions provided during appointments are free of charge.
Kindly allow at least 3 working days for your prescription to be processed.
