Jo Hillier is an Occupational Therapist and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 25 years’ experience providing specialist mental health care in the UK and New Zealand. Jo completed her MSc in Digital Health Leadership at Imperial College London and her postgraduate training in psychological therapies at the University of Sussex. She offers highly specialised, evidence-based interventions for young people, and adults with a wide range of complex needs, including neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD, as well as the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety and depression. Jo is experienced in family work and an experienced trainer and clinical supervisor.

Jo has worked across NHS and private settings, supporting children, young people, and adults with a wide range of needs. Her clinical background spans early intervention, primary care, and specialist services, giving her a broad understanding of conditions such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and complex emotional difficulties. Jo has a special interest in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions, including autism and ADHD, and is trained in the ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised), enabling her to offer comprehensive assessments and tailored interventions.
