Dr Judith Mohring has been a psychiatrist since 2001, developing her private practice in the City, Chelsea and Harley Street. She founded her organisational wellbeing firm in 2023 to focus on education and coaching, enhancing business productivity and performance. She has coached senior colleagues at firms including Goldman Sachs, PWC, Google, A&O Shearman, Skadden, CMS, DLA Piper, Julius Baer, M&G, Diligenta, Hill Dickinson and Travers Smith.
She is an expert in ADHD and trains clinicians and the public in the understanding and management of adult ADHD. She founded www.adhded.co.uk which provides evidence based psychoeducation and group coaching for adults with ADHD
She runs a small clinical caseload alongside her organisational psychiatry and neurodiversity training practices. Her clinical work is entirely based on the assessment and treatment of adult ADHD and she particularly enjoys assessing and treating professionals, entrepreneurs and other adults coming to the diagnosis in midlife or later.
She is an expert trainer for the UK Adult ADHD Network, on the advisory board of The Centre for Neurodiversity at work and a visiting lecturer in organisational psychiatry at KIng’s College London.
